That’s why we offer free, accessible, and inclusive workshops designed to build confidence, strengthen communication, and open doors to meaningful employment for individuals with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. After every completed workshop, all individuals would be able to register for a certification from Down to Work!

🎤 Interview Mastery Workshop

In this interactive workshop, participants learn how to navigate job interviews with clarity and confidence. From understanding common interview questions to practicing clear responses and nonverbal communication, this course breaks down the process step-by-step. We simulate real interview settings, teach effective self-advocacy, and help participants highlight their strengths—because every voice deserves to be heard.

✍️ Resume Writing Workshop

This hands-on workshop guides participants through the basics of resume writing—from choosing the right format to describing experience in a compelling way. Whether someone is applying for their first job or updating a past resume, we provide accessible templates, individualized feedback, and support from mentors. The goal: to help each participant create a resume that reflects who they are and what they bring to the table.
