With over 100 chapter applications received each cycle, Down to Work is highly selective in choosing the leaders who will carry our mission forward. Each chapter is more than a club—it’s a powerful extension of our commitment to uplift and empower individuals with Down syndrome. We look for applicants who bring not just passion, but proven compassion, initiative, and a clear vision for inclusive change. We’re not seeking organizers, we’re selecting movement-makers.

Once selected, we will send out an essential information packet.

With a younger sibling who has Down syndrome, Jenny is passionate to make the world more inclusive for individuals with Down syndrome.

As a chapter leader in Newark, NJ, Hannah has already helped 50+ disabled individuals find employment opportunities.

Seoul, South Korea

Jinwon Youn

Jinwon is a business owner in Seoul where she helped 100+ disabled individuals find inclusive job oppurtunities.

As a girl living in Serbia, Seoha has faced numerous interactions where disabled people are overlooked. As a chapter leader, she is expanding Down to Work's mission internationally.
